Customer Service Executive (Aerospace)

About the role

The incumbent will be assisting superiors to lead a team and be part of a larger team within the IFF department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.

What you will be doing

• Handle customers’ enquiries promptly
• Ensure compliance with customers’ Standard Operating Procedures
• Liaise with overseas agents on various requirements and rates
• Prepare AWB and other necessary documents
• Co-ordinate with import and export operations to ensure accuracy in documentation and invoicing
• Liaise & co-ordinate with airfreight carriers / customers / suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of goods
• Air freight quotation for customers
• Provide quotations upon application

Requirements

The successful candidate

• Diploma with minimum 5 years of experience in freight-forwarding (airfreight) is advantageous
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
