- Manage the Profit & Loss across all e-Commerce channels e.g. Shopify, Lazada, Shopee and brand.com
- Build strong rapport and engagement, establish good understanding in brand performance via all channels and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objective by liaise with platform partners
- To develop & execute campaign promotional planning, pricing strategy and budgeting & ensure compliance in execution
- Conduct regular business reviews and recommend actionable insight from post-campaign evaluation analyses and incorporate into business strategies
- Conceptualize the integrated e-commerce marketing campaigns to drive traffic & sales revenue
- Generate data driven insights & analyze past performance of previous campaigns to identify opportunities for growth & to continuously improve ROI
- Identify new areas of ecommerce opportunities beyond current brand offering
- Monitor competitors’ activities and highlight potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, direction, or services.
- Coordinate well within e-Commerce team and cross-departments for campaigns and promotions setup
- Involve in creative content writing for various ecommerce channel
- Day-to-day campaign monitoring and generating of sales reports
Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing/Digital Marketing/E-Commerce or equivalent
- Min 2 years of relevant experience in the handling of marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify)
- Able to work independently and adhere to deadlines
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Shopify and marketplaces
