implementation aspects of various automation solutions in TTS group within Citi
The successful candidate must have below expertise, apart from decent knowledge Microsoft Stack (C#, ASP.Net, MVC, Web API's, SQL Server, ADO.Net, Entity Framework, Angular JS, JQuery).
- Understanding business requirement and prepare solution design/diagram
- Creating, implementing timelines and roadmaps processes for developing and improving the product.
- Interfacing with operations to ensure that the desired operational KPI's are met throughout the lifecycle of a product.
- Guiding the success of our product and communicating with the cross-technology team that is responsible for improving it
- l Strong knowledge in Imaging and Workflow domain
Job Background / Context
A full stack developer who is expert in building scalable applications. The successful candidate is expected to be talented software
professional and will be responsible for the success and timely delivery of software components and solutions.
The appropriate candidate will clearly demonstrate his ability to improve Continuous integration and provide process improvement areas.
- Candidate will work independently and is highly self-motivated. Also has to oversee a team of personnel on technical issues, including development, releases and engineering tasks.
- Design, development, testing and implementation of software solutions.
- Scope for influencing design and architecture.
- Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features.
- Proactively notify Development Project Manager of risks, bottlenecks, problems, issues, and concerns.
- Compliance with Citi's System Development Lifecycle and Information Security requirements.
- Will work closely with Quality Control teams to deliver quality software to agreed project schedules.
- Work with Product owner and understand all functional and technical requirements of the project.
- Providing second line production support including root cause analysis for the developed software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Involved in end to end development with WEB API using C# with MVC Architecture.
- Partners with Project Manager during project delivery to provide any design clarity, Coordinates development planning across multiple projects, including release planning.
- Provides mentoring and guidance to developers.
- Creates development standards and promotes modularization and reuse of code
- Contributes to creation of standard approaches and techniques
- Develops rapid prototypes and Proofs of Concepts
- Out of the box thinking, to identify and work around process design
- Any Agile certification, Microsoft Azure would be added advantage
- Hands-off knowledge on OCR, Automation, Digitization tool is preferred
Skills:
- Strong background of banking domain (preferably Document digitization and automation)
- Deep understanding of technology and architecture concepts in .NET technologies
- Previous hands on experience in development in Microsoft technologies such, C#, WEB API, MVC, Angular JS, SQL server & ADO.NET
- Hands on experience with unit testing tools like VS Testing framework, NUNIT etc.
- Decent problem solving, analysis, and design skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Experience in troubleshooting production problems and working with a team to resolve issues
- Experience with test-driven, agile development and a continuous integration build environment.
Knowledge/Experience:
More than 10 years of experience in Software Design and Development with hands on development experience in. NET background.

- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
