REPORTS TO: Marketing Manager, Beckman Coulter Life SciencesTele Lead Generator plays critical role in carrying out marketing lead validation and telephone based lead generation campaigns. This role will support business across several operating companies under Danaher Corporate, including Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, Sciex, Leica Microsystems
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Qualify all leads generated from country-level digital marketing efforts (SEO, PPC, eMail, other)
- Probe into contact / suspect's needs and interest in relevant life science instrument
- Execute against established processes and call scripts to qualify suspect into appropriate states
- Collect relevant contact information necessary for sales outreach and/or future marketing activities
Execute Tele Lead Generation campaigns
- Conduct tactical campaign telephone follow-up to prospect for sales ready leads
- Execute tele lead gen campaigns as part of Vertical Market Penetration efforts, new product launch support, and other commercial activities
- Navigate to correct individual within a site / company that is responsible for purchasing decisions and those who are performing the actual research and operating lab instrumentation
- Provide feedback to Marketing Manager on quality of telephone script and potential improvements to increase conversion
- Embrace feedback from Marketing Manager on how to improve communications and or selling skills
- Manage follow-up activities in a rigorous manner prior to turning over leads to sales team and Salesforce
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Tele-sales experiences, ideally within B2B business
- Highly motivated, success driven and passion for sales
- Self motivated with positive attitude, unfazed by phone rejection / hang-ups
- Proven ability and capacity to learn technical and complex information
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills leading to results
- Proficiency in MS Office, experience with Salesforce is a plus
