REPORTS TO: Marketing Manager, Beckman Coulter Life Sciences
Inside Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth in assigned product lines, playing a critical role in increasing customer satisfaction. This role will support business across several operating companies under Danaher Corporate, including Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, Sciex, Leica Microsystems
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
- Build sales pipeline and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Telemarketing to promote assigned products
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, sales mangers
- Provide customer with real-time support to solve sales-related issues
- Manage relationship-building activities, main close contract with customers
- Navigate org charts through outbound prospecting to identify new sales opportunities
- Lead contract renewals for consumable products
- Maintain accurate and current records of proposals, opportunities, accounts, contacts, leads and actions
- Analyzes leads pipeline reports and dashboards
- Assists in all Sales Demo/Sample Requests and tracking for customer's evaluation
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma or Degree in Life Science related subject
- 2 years tele-sales or customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Self motivated with positive attitude, unfazed by phone rejection / hang-ups
- Proven ability and capacity to learn technical and complex information
- Working knowledge Experience with Salesforce is a plus
