The Role:
As a Project Admin, you will be responsible for the following:
- Manage customer expectations, assessing customer feedback and improving procedures accordingly to ensure great customer service is always provided.
- Manage all activities relating to project order processing, delivery matters and liaise with respective stakeholders to ensure smooth business operation.
- Manage project financial and project tracking on timely manners.
- Create, prepare and maintains regular order reports and archival of documentations.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and ensure that effective communication is provided to the customer with the agreed timeframes.
- Ensure that all support tasks and deliverables meet quality and service levels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish relationship across all departments.
- Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes.
- Responsible for managing of assets such as coordinate with the project team member for all Laptops issue, collection and returned.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of business and financial processing tools, systems and practices.
- Good customer management experience.
- Structured and organized.
- Meticulous with a keen eye for details.
- Possess strong sense of ownership and tenacity.
- Possess initiative and disposition with a strong commitment and orientation towards results and high quality standards.
- Able to communicate with people from different culture and background.
- Good administrative skills, proofreading and information management.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with standard word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software applications.
- Fast learner, agile and adaptive to manage different workloads.
