Responsibilities - Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Design and update job descriptions
- Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Admin portal MOM on work pass related applications / issues.
- Get to know MOM foreign work pass holders.
- Support for foreign offices to recruit foreign jobs, apply for a pass as required.
- Analyze peer-reviewed course assessments and make recommendations based on course performance.
- Plan annual training program and prepare training budget.
- Contact HQ about required e-learning programs.
- Initiate quarterly meetings with in charge of the arrangement of understanding in the work processes/procedures and policies.
- Set up/review SOPs.
- Ensure up-to-date records on all employee-related matters
- Covering the Administrator's duties for the Administrator staff in their absence.
- Organize company events
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment processes and welfare
- Being able to utilize HR metrics
- Effective communication skills
- BA/BSc in Human Resource Management or a related field
