• Respond efficiently to all incoming sales enquiries by walk-in, phone, and email.
• Provides technical information and explanations; preparing quotations; manages sales cycle well and ensure prompt response to customer.
• Provides sales & coordination support to the team and operations.
• Promote office and workshop solutions to corporate customers.
• To service existing and new accounts and ensure customers' satisfaction.
• Achieve sales' KPI and business targets.
• Ensure diligent follow up, negotiate and close deals with customers.
• Generate sales leads from potential customer for targeted sales offering in portfolio.
• Cold calling to introduce the company product and solutions to the clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years hands on experience in indoor sales.
• Self-starter, highly motivated and energetic sales professional.
• Sales results oriented and a good team player with excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
• excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS office applications.
