OS Refresh Technician - (WL-FNM220713 005/20)

The Company:

Our client is a multinational IT company. With their expansion scheme, they are now looking for OS Refresh Technician

The Role:
As OS Refresh Technician, you are responsible for:

• Reimage/Migrate laptop/desktop from Win 7 to Win10
• Reinstall APP after migrate to window 10
• Backup data before perform the migration
• Update Microsoft

Requirements

• ITE, O level or above
• IT background and preferable know how to reimage Laptop/ Experience in Tech refresh.
• Able to communicate clearly in English
• Able to follow the operation manual
• Team Player
• Office hours
• Good customer care and communication skills.
• Able to use PC and office applications

Benefits

$500 (Basic Salary) + $15 / $25 per machine + Transport allowance + Phone Allowance

Working Hours : 9:00 am - 6:30 pm
