Application Engineer

• Software development of customer use cases
• Work closely with the customers for customer success
• Solicit and understand customer requirements
• Deploy and configure our products in customer datacenters
• Troubleshooting of technical issues
• Serve as the interface between the customer and our product engineering teams. This is an excellent role to gain experience and insight into the cybersecurity industry.

Requirements

• At least have a Bachelor of Engineering / Science / Computing
• Experienced in Python or other high-level languages
• Cybersecurity background is a plus but not required
• Some AI / Machine-learning background is a plus
• Must be a Singapore resident
