• Carry out preventive maintenance and corrective repair works for buildings, facilities and rolling equipment ( mainly trucks and forklifts )
• Assist to attend to breakdown repair and recovery of rolling equipment
• Reduce equipment downtime and enhance equipment performance through quality maintenance works
• Lead and deploy a team of technicians in daily routine maintenance works and repair work
• Ensure proper recording and reporting of works carried out on equipment
• Liaise with contractors and customers on repair maintenance matter
Requirements
• Possess minimum Diploma in Engineering or relevant qualification
• Min. 3 years' relevant experience in rolling equipment in a supervisory position
• Experience in building and facilities will be advantageous
• Strong capability in managing contractors and excellent interpersonal skills
• Valid class 3 driving license with vehicle, preferred
