• To lead in the investigation, fault isolation and root cause analysis of technical defects, focusing on electronic products• To work closely with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) on all technical matters• To lead investigation processes• To work on improvement projects and process improvements• To provide technical assistance to upkeep and maintain testing equipment• To work with various stakeholders to meet Value Stream objectives• Any other duties as required by business• Comply with all US and Singapore Export Control Regulations
