To conduct food safety and hygiene audit of all production processes, warehouse, retails stores ensuring the compliance to company's SOPs and Food Safety Management System.
To implement and maintain the ISO22000:2018 manual, documents and files.
To conduct food safety and hygiene audit of supplier factory and warehouses to ensure compliance to the relevant regulatory requirements.
To review and evaluate existing food safety management system and the internal control systems and SOPs.
To conduct training to the production and operational staff on proper food safety and hygiene practices.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Diploma in Food Science/Technology or related fields
Entry level with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply for this position.
Knowledge and understanding of HACCP, ISO 22000 or any Food Safety Management System will be advantageous.
Familiar with SFA requirements
Possess data analytics skills
Analytical with a keen sense of observation
Proficient in computer software for office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
