Keppel Internship Programme (Jan - Jun 2021) Intern, Investment / Asset Management

Keppel Capital is a premier asset manager in Asia, and it is the asset management arm of Keppel Corporation Limited. With assets under management of approximately S$26 billion, Keppel Capital has a diversified portfolio that includes real estate, infrastructure and data centre properties in key global markets.

Interns will be working at the Investments and/or Asset Management team of one of the following business units:

• Alpha Investment Partners

• Keppel Capital Alternative Asset

• Keppel Infrastructure Trust

• Keppel REIT

Interns will be primarily involved in the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct market research on markets and jurisdictions targeted for investments

• Perform detailed cash flow modelling, financial analysis and due diligence to evaluate potential acquisition and asset management initiatives

• Preparation of investor reports, presentations and / or papers

• Monitor and analyse market trends / developments / transactions

• Assist in general coordination and other administrative tasks

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Course of Study: Real Estate/ Business Management/Finance

• Able to work independently and collaborate well with a team

• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills

• Good communication and writing skills

• Strong sense of initiative and high degree of motivation

• Proficient with Microsoft Office

• Familiar with various research databases

• Prior relevant experience will be advantageous
