JOB SCOPE

• Design event layout plans held in MICE and other areas in property for clients, internal stakeholders and submissions to relevant authorities using CAD (Computer Aided Design) and drafting software : AutoCAD
• Modification and revision of layouts of areas in property that are renovated and as built on site
• Produce detailed design drawings and specifications for custom made ancillaries or renovations to existing AV (Audio-Visual) setup and/or fixtures
• Create event technical layouts depicting AV setup (truss, lighting, audio, video etc.)
• Ability to understand and draft out based on verbal instructions given by HODs or reporting manager
• Understand and handle drafting assignments with minimal supervision
• Supporting Planning & Production Team in producing AV technical drawings
• Carry out and fulfil relevant tasks assigned by senior peers and leaders
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships and professional communication skills with team members and client contacts

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Certification

• Diploma in Media, AV, IT Programming or any other relevant field

Experience

• 2D and/or 3D drafting
• Drafting Software - AutoCAD
• Basic Computer - Microsoft Office
