Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities includes the ability to build, develop ,communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
  • Build deep and trusted business relationships with the client to seed and grow future opportunities
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Detail supervision of sales activity, sales process planning, and closing all sales opportunities in the industry and/or sector
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong Prospecting Skills, Teamwork, Planning, Build Relationships, People Skills, Initiative, Customer Focus, Emphasize Excellence, Manage Multiple Projects and Attention to details.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks; participating in professional events/ seminars or workshops and able to conduct Webinar confidently

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of account management and sales experience with Government/ Large Enterprise Key Sectors Preferably Healthcare background desirable
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills and able to conduct Webinar confidently
  • Good presentation ability
  • Fluent spoken and written communications skills
  • Experience in development and execution of major accounts, delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs would be an added advantage
  • Process good business acumen, Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks within tight timelines
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
  • Strong planning ability and effective in managing resources
