Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
Build deep and trusted business relationships with the client to seed and grow future opportunities
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Detail supervision of sales activity, sales process planning, and closing all sales opportunities in the industry and/or sector
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Strong Prospecting Skills, Teamwork, Planning, Build Relationships, People Skills, Initiative, Customer Focus, Emphasize Excellence, Manage Multiple Projects and Attention to details.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks; participating in professional events/ seminars or workshops and able to conduct Webinar confidently
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
5+ years of account management and sales experience with Government/ Large Enterprise Key Sectors Preferably Healthcare background desirable
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills and able to conduct Webinar confidently
Good presentation ability
Fluent spoken and written communications skills
Experience in development and execution of major accounts, delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs would be an added advantage
Process good business acumen, Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
Ability to prioritize among competing tasks within tight timelines
