Senior Executive, Investments

As an Investments Senior / Executive, you will be involved in our growth and expansion plans. You will help to develop investment strategies to help us break into new markets and help commercialize new data center technologies. You will analyse potential business deals and provide advice on their commercial viability. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to get involved with a broad spectrum of issues (ranging from new technologies to real estate and leasing) and be responsible for the end-to-end development of data center development plans.-

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Good Honours Degree in Accountancy or related disciplines
• 2-3 years' experience, preferably in Investment Banking or Auditing in a Big 4 CPA firm.
• Commercially astute, highly numerate with strong analytical skills
• Experience in financial modelling preferred; able to conduct financial and risk analyses of business opportunities and performance evaluation of target companies
• Dynamic personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Prior experience in IT or Data Center Industry preferred but not compulsory
• Enthusiastic learner and willing to travel overseas
