Requirements

As Department Manager, you will be taking decisions and responsible for the success of an entire Sport ecosystem in the store, including the recruitment, coaching and development of your own teammates.

Your mission, if you accept it :

- Managing your own team

- Managing your sports business

- Market analysis for your Sports

- Be the leader of your team’s sports projects

Remuneration

- Base starting from 2900$/month up to 4000$/month for new joiners, according to experience

- Monthly bonus, up to 20% of your base salary

FAQ :

What are the working hours like ?

44 hours a week. Department managers also work according to shifts, so there may be week-end work (1 day off during week-ends, 1 off during the week).

What are the career opportunities after Department manager ?

Traditionally you can then evolve into Store operations manager, Customer service manager or Store leader in training. But everyone has a different career path and it is up to you to build it ! We have many internal opportunities.
