• Prepare aircraft spares for aircraft induction.
• Coordinate with customers, production, and planning staff to understand the material requirements.
• Responsible for liaising with Production, Customer, Stock Control, Purchasing, Receiving, Shipping and Freight forwarders to monitor and prioritise/ expedite all outstanding critical/ urgent aircraft materials required for the project.
• Perform review and analysis of frequently used materials for provisioning and consignment replenishment.
• Responsible for recommending Material Requirement Planning configuration setting in SAP.
• Coordinate with customers, production, and planning staff to understand the material requirements during aircraft pre-induction.
• Responsible for preparing material status/inventory reports for customer and production.
• Support customer requests on material support and other reports when assigned.
• Ad hoc material and operational improvement tasks as and when assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred
• Possess good interpersonal skill and a positive attitude to handle challenging customers and resolve tense situations.
• Able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
